Recently, the California State University system was forced to make an unprecedented decision to limit enrollment to the levels funded by the state budget, rather than further jeopardize the quality of our programs and the success of students. With support from the CSU's Board of Trustees and campus presidents, Chancellor Reed declared “system-wide impaction,” a move that will require the CSU to restrict access to some students on some campuses.
